To our valued customers and students:
Due to the nature of some of our products (essential oils, bath salts, etc.) it is unlawful by USDA and FDA regulations for us to take back or exchange for future resale, as we cannot guarantee the products integrity once it leaves our facilities and environment. We ask you to please take advantage of your ability to purchase a small quantity if unsure about a product. Choose your selections carefully as all sales are final. If a product is defective, we will gladly replace it.
Online and In-Person Classes
Tuition is completely non-refundable for all online courses and payment plans as you gain access to the entire class material the first day of registration. However, if you are on the payment plan you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged for the remainder of the course. If you cancel, you will no longer have access to the course.
Cancellation Policy for In-Person Training:
In Person Training Tuition must be paid in full before attending a class. Aroma Hut Institute retains a $300 non-refundable deposit to secure your space, if student cancels within ten days of the event. Deposits and/or payments may be transferred to future date if the class is cancelled within 10 days or more before the course; within 10 days, the deposit will be forfeited.
